Send artwork in the original Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop format.
Jpeg file formats are not as sharp as original file formats.
Photoshop documents should be around 300 DPI but not more than 600 DPI.
The size of the art should be the size you want it printed on the tshirt.
Do not anti-alias anything unless you want jagged lines.
Keep different colors on their own LAYER.
